December 19—Our Daily Bread Cider Dinner
Blacksburg, VA

Warm up for the holidays with the last Cuisine Club dinner of the year at Blacksburg's Our Daily Bread & Bakery . Expect this special spot's always excellent take on authentic, chef driven dishes from local ingredients. Five courses include Duck Confit Enchiladas, Cider Braised Rabbit with Carrot Pasta, Boneless Cider Pork Chop, a cheese course and surprise dessert. Wow. All for $60 including cider pairings. December 20 —Holiday Season Finale
Come celebrate the holiday on our last open day. Delight your family and friends with gift baskets, bags and boxes full of artisan cider and seasonal treats. Expect cider and holiday treats...we're still working on the special menu, but we guarantee you won't be disappointed. $5 covers tasting. Saturday 11 to 5

April 12 —Top Grafting Workshop

Did you know that a single apple tree can grow more than 80 varieties? The secret is top grafting and you can learn how in this in depth workshop with master pruner and nursery owner, Eliza Greenman. See details and sign up on our on line store. You'll take home a grafting knife, tape and scion wood from the Foggy RIdge orchard to top graft onto your own trees.

April 17 —Cider Dinner at Herons Restaurant
The Umstead Hotel & Spa
Chef Scott Crawford, a James Beard "Best Chef: Southeast" semifinalist and fantastic all round chef, hosts Foggy Ridge for an elegant and inventive cider dinner at Heron's in the beautiful Umstead Hotel & Spa. Expect Border Springs Farm lamb carpaccio, Rappahannock River oysters, Carolina Mountain Trout, Smoked Veal Sweetbreads and Heritage Farms Pork. April 19 —Farmville Wine Festival

Melissa, Chris and Cameron (the A team for sure) will pour Foggy Ridge Cider at this fun outdoor festival in Farmville's Riverside Park.

April 26—Bloom Fest at Foggy Ridge
There's nothing more beautiful than a mountain orchard in bloom. Visit Foggy Ridge's spring orchards and enjoy a Special Tasting of our 2012 and 2013 ciders. Taste the difference a season makes! $8 Special Tasting fee. Saturday 11-5

May 10— Second Saturday Music Series
The Comptons, a Floyd county favorite, visit the Foggy Ridge crush pad for this first in our Second Saturday Music Series. This energetic group mixes new and traditional bluegrass tunes, an ideal accompanyment to cider. Food truck on hand to handle the snacks. $10 covers music and tasting. Saturday 11-5

May 17—Vinton Food & Wine Festival
Vinton, VA
Join the annual Vinton Food & Wine Festival at the War Memorial from 1:00 to 6:00. The Texas Twisters and Lenny Marcus with New Orleans jazz will create quite a scene for little 'ole Vinton.

May 24 —Where the Buffalo Roam
Foggy Ridge Cider & Nearby Buffalo Mountain
Come roam the Buffalo....Buffalo Mountain that is. Take a shuttle from Foggy Ridge to nearby Buffalo Mountain for a short hike that rewards with 360 degree views. You can even see the Foggy Ridge orchards! Return for local buffalo burgers, chili and cider tasting. $10 covers tasting and shuttle ride to and from Buffalo Mountain. June 7—Foggy Ridge Cider Chef Series
Local Roots, Roanoke's top spot for locavore dining, brings their focus on flavor and local ingredients to Foggy Ridge in this first Chef Series. Chef Jeff creates three pairings to sample with three ciders. Stop by and celebrate "local" on the plate and in the glass; sign up so we know how much to cook. $10 covers cider & pairings. June 8 —Feast in the Field

July 12 —Second Saturday Music Series
Radford's Ball & Chain brings their own version of "Original Americana with an edge" to the Foggy Ridge crush pad. And, hot dog lovers that we are, we're thrilled to have Benjamin's Franks, a gourmet dog cart on site for the day. $10 covers music and tasting. Saturday 11 to 5, Music 12 to 4

August 9 —Second Saturday Music Series

August 23 —Grayson WIne Festival
Independence, VA

The Willy Evans Trio plays original blues, roots music and standards at this 6th annual celebration of Virginia wine. Join Foggy Ridge Cider and 4 other SWVA wineries on the lawn of the 1908 Courthouse. 4 to 9 pm Tickets at www.graysonwinefest.org

August 31 —Labor Day Celebration at Foggy Ridge
Roanoke's Adam Markham brings his acoustic tunes to the Foggy Ridge crush pad. Local artists will also be on site including potters Wendy Wrenn with Wrenn Pottery and Marsiella Cantanoso, as well as Lyn Bailey with her paintings. $10 covers music and tasting. Saturday 11 to 5

September 20 —Foggy Ridge Cider Chef Series
Roanoke's Lucky Restaurant takes a trip up the mountain to offer their French and Southern inspired gastropub food, paired with Foggy Ridge Cider. September 20 —Lynchburg Beer & Wine Festival
Lynchburg, VA

Drive over to the Hill City for this lovely city's 5th annual beer and wine fest...yes cider too! Many local artists as well as quite a few bands including Jenny & the B-Side Rockers, Dragonfly and Jerry Wimmer. We'll be pouring our ciders from 11 to 7. Details here.

October 4 —Apple Harvest Celebration at Foggy Ridge
Taste the fruits, and the beverage, of the season as Foggy Ridge celebrates The Apple. Sample heirlooms like Cox's Orange Pippin, Ashmead's Kernel and Roxbury Russett along with award winning cider. October 11—Black Dog Wine & Beach Music Festival
Chateau Morrisette, Floyd, VA

October 25 —Foggy Ridge Cider Chef Series
Chef Aaron Deal dishes up deliciousness at Roanoke's River & Rail restaurant. But today he's sending treats to Foggy Ridge, designed to compliment our cider: VA Oysters on the Half Shell, Pickled Celery & Apple Mignonette (Sweet Stayman); Duck Liver Mousseline, Brioche & Apple Marmalade (Pippin Gold), then Autumn Squash Bisque, NC Blue Cheese & Macerated Apples (First Fruit). November 15 —Thomas Jefferson Wine Festival
Bedford, VA

November 15 Home Cidermaking Workshop

November 23—Zynodoa Harvest Cider Dinner
Zynodoa, Staunton's favorite and a top restaurant in the region, offers a special four course cider dinner to ring in the season.
