The Guest House

- 1 1/2 oz Foggy Ridge Pippin Black
- 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
- 1/2 oz pickle juice
- 2 oz seltzer
Fill with ice. Build in a Collins glass Top with 1/2 oz War and Rust Quinquina float. Garnish with a lemon wheel down the side of the glass and a generous dill sprig.

- Tres Agaves Anejo tequila
- Fresh ginger simple syrup
- Fresh Granny Smith apple juice
- Foggy Ridge First Fruit Cider
- Lime Juice
- Angostura Bitters
Garnished with mint and apple slice butterfly.
The Black Cat

- 1 oz. Averna
- 1 oz. house barrel-aged Barr Hill gin
Stir, coupe and serve with a lemon twist.
