- ¾ oz Carriage House Apple Brandy
- 1 sugar cube
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 4 oz Foggy Ridge First Fruit Cider
Pour brandy into a Chammpagne flute. Add sugar cube and bitters.
Fill with cider.
